Ingredients For Makhni Fry Mong ki Daal:

  • Yellow lentil  250 gm
  • Tomatoes  4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Butter  100 gm
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped  1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First wash the lentil and keep it for half an hour.
  2. Boil the water, when it is boiled then add turmeric and soaked lentil cook it for 5 minute.
  3. Now filter the lentil beat it.
  4. Then pour oil, add butter, chopped garlic for frying.
  5. After that add curry leaves, tomatoes, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, salt and cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. In the end add lentil, green chilies, green coriander and chopped garam masala, along milk simmer it for 10 minutes.
  7. Take it out in a dish serve it with chapati.

Ingredients For Chocolate Kulfi:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Khoya  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Flour (roasted)  1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First cook the milk. When it is boiled then add gram flour water in milk and keep its temperature low.
  2. Now add sugar turn off the stove.
  3. Then add khoya, cocoa powder and cream.
  4. When it becomes cool then add chocolate chips in mold and keep it in fridge.
  5. Yummy chocolate kulfi is ready.
