Ingredients For Sea food Samosa:

  • Chopped prawns 1 cup
  • Fish  1 cup
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Coriander  2 tbsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1 tsp
  • Manda  as needed
  • Oil for frying  as needed

Method:

  1. Take a frying pan, add onion saute it.
  2. Now  add chopped garlic, prawns and fish roast it.
  3. Then add green chilies, coriander, salt, cumin, chopped black pepper and chinese salt mix it well.
  4. After that fill the manda made mixture, make the samosa and fry it on low temperature for frying.
  5. Serve it with ketchup.

Ingredients For Jangli Chaat:

  • Boiled White chickpea  1 cup
  • Boiled black chickpea 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Big tomato 1
  • Big onion 1
  • Big onion  1
  • Chicken boneless 1 cup
  • Ketchup  1 cup
  • Salt as needed
  • Chaat masala  1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1 tsp
  • Big green chilies  2
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Papri  2-4

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add boiled white chickpea, boiled black chickpea, boiled potato, tomato, big onion, salt, chaat masala, chinese salt, big green chilies, green coriander, chicken boneless and ketchup mix it well. Now put papri on its top then serve.
