Ingredients For Keema Pakoras:

  • Minced Chicken Breasts 200 gm
  • Chopped ginger  1 inch piece
  • Chopped onion 1 medium
  • Eggs  2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili powder  3/4 tsp
  • Green chilies, chopped  2
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • Gram flour  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Oil  to deep fry

Method:

  1. First mix the chicken mince with ginger, salt, chopped red chilies, green coriander, turmeric, gram flour, lemon juice and gram flour mix them well.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, make it golden brown.

Ingredients For Tomato Juice:

  • Fresh basil leaves  2-3
  • Tomatoes, halved  3 ripe
  • Lemon juice  1 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce  few drops
  • Ice cubes  to serve

Method:

  1. First blend all the ingredients then blend it by adding tabasco soda, now add ice cubes then serve.
