Ingredients For Chicken Malai Kabab:

  • Chicken  300 gm
  • Fresh cream  2 tbsp
  • Bread slices  3
  • Coriander leaves  100 gm
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green chilies  2 to 3
  • Garlic 6 to 7 cloves
  • Oil  for frying
  • Fresh milk  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. First add chicken, salt and black pepper boil it well and when it becomes ready then make small pieces.
  2. Then take a bread slice in a plate pour milk on it.
  3. Now take shredded chicken in a bowl add bread slices, garlic cloves, green chilies, green coriander, salt and black pepper mix it well.
  4. Make the kababs of that mixture.
  5. Now heat the pan fry the kababs pour oil.
  6. Chicken malai kabab is ready.
