  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 8
  • Coriander 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Green chili 4-6

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Vermicelli 100 gm
  • Corn flour 50 gm
  • Cardamom 5-6
  • Red jelly 1 cup
  • Green jelly 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Kewra 2 tsp
