Ingredients For Labanese Roast Chicken With Potato:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Potato 4
  • Parsley  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add chicken, potato, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, chopped red chilies, salt, chopped cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander and chopped black pepper mix it well.
  2. Now pour oil and leave it to marinate.
  3. Then place it into preheated oven on 200 degree C in preheated oven, cover the chicken and potato in foil.
  4. Now bake it for 40 minutes in oven.
  5. Then remove it from foil and bake it for 10 minutes so that it becomes golden.
  6. In the end garnish it with parsley then serve.

Ingredients For Coffee Pana Cotta:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Instant coffee 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder 2 tsp
  • Wafer biscuits  8

Method:

  1. First add gelatin powder, mix it with water.
  2. Now pour milk  and sugar boil it well.
  3. Then add instant coffee mix it well in warm water.
  4. Now mix the gelatin powder and water, then serve.

Ingredients For Green Chili Hummus:

  • White chickpeas 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Tahini sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil  4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes  4-6

Method:

  1. First make the paste of white chickpea, garlic, tahini sauce, green chilies, lemon juice, ice cubes, salt in a food processor.
  2. Now take a bowl pour olive oil sprinkle red chilies.
  3. Serve green chili hummus.
