Ingredients For Malbari Biryani:

  • Boiled meat 1 kg
  • Boiled sela rice 1 kg
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Mint leaf 1 bunch
  • Green chili 6
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Lemon 4
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp

For Tarka:

  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaf 6
  • Round red chili 6

Method:

  1. First pour oil add onions make it golden brown.
  2. Now add mutton, tomatoes, chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste and tamarind paste simmer it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add lemon juice and green chilies add sela rice.
  4. After that add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilies simmer it for 15 minutes.

Ingredients For Cottage Cheese Delight:

  • Cottage cheese 400 gm
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Cardamom 6
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Almond/ pistachio 100 gm
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk boil it.
  2. When it is boiled add cardamom, saffron and sugar.
  3. When the sugar is saturated then add corn flour.
  4. After that add butter.
  5. When it becomes thick then take it out in dish add almonds and pistachio then serve.
