Ingredients For Keema Daal Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled Gram lentil 250 grams
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Green chili 10
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped onions make it brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, whole garam, salt, turmeric and chopped red chilies roast it well.
  3. Then pour water and let it cook.
  4. When the mince is tendered then add boiled chickpeas, rice and green chilies.
  5. When it is simmered sprinkle mint and turn off the stove after 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Special Sharbat:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Water 1 cup
  • Edible silver leaf 2
  • Cardamom 4
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a steel pan add sugar and water, keep its temperature low make its syrup.
  2. Now add cardamom, pinch of yellow color, saffron, cook it on low flame and beat it with spoon.
  3. Then take a few drops of kewra essence and silver paper turn off the stove and make it cook, pour milk and serve it with ice.
