Ingredients For Chicken Rice Curry With Coconut & Ginger Sauce:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1/2 liter
  • Lemon leave 2-3
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Green onion 1-2 sticks
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Ginger Sauce:

  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Red chilies 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Naam Toup:

  • Beef Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Papaya Paste 1/2 cup
  • Rice 2-3 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 3-4
  • Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 5 tbsp
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Salad leaves 2-3
  • Tomatoes 1-2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl put beef pasanday, salt and soya sauce, mix papaya paste leave it for 2 to 3 hours for marination.
  2. Now fry the marinated beef in a pan and remove it.
  3. Now keep the coal on fire and close the pan with beef pasanday and coal.
  4. Then take out the pasanda.
  5. Now take a mixing bowl add whole red chilies, fish sauce, chopped green coriander, chopped mint, roasted and chopped rice, chopped green onion, chinese salt and lemon juice mix it well.
  6. Then add beef slices mix it well.
  7. Then take it out in a salad platter, add cucumber, tomato and salad leaves for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Stir Fry Spinach:

  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 8 -10
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the spinach, cut it and keep it on a side.
  2. Take garlic cloves and green chilies beat it well and keep it on a side.
  3. Now take a pan pour oil and heat it high.
  4. Now add chopped green chilies and garlic, mix it well.
  5. Then add soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, sesame seed oil mix it well and dish out it.
  6. Stir fried spinach is ready.
