2 breast pieces of chicken
1 cream cheese 8 oz
Buffalo wing sauce 1/4 cup
cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
Crescent dinner rolls and Pillsbury 1 can
Oil 1/2 table spoon
Ranch 1/4 cup
Heat the oil first then add breast pieces of chicken before adding into oil cut chicken pieces into cubes,fry chicken pieces at normal heat and fry it properly
Add the buffalo sauce properly mix them and cook the mixture until boiling then mix ranch,cheddar and cream cheese mix them until the cream cheese melted remove from stove and leave for few minute
Now take crescent rolls (triangular shape) fill mixture (1 table spoon or dependent) at base of triangle.Fold it (fold longest piece over the center then fold the remaining ends over it and seal it and pinch it until it looks like basket).
Now bake your mixture for 15-20 minutes at 350F
Minced beef 500 grams
Rice 1 kg
Chopped onion 4
chopped tomatoes 2
Chopped green chilies 2-3
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste 3 table spoon
Red chilies and salt (depend on taste)
Mixture of Tamarind and yogurt 1 cup
Prunes (dry) 3-4
Oil 4 table spoon
Vinegar 1/2 table spoon
Black paper,Cinnamon,tezpat leaves,black cardamom,small cardamom,pandanus water
Add Rice into the water.
Mix onion and minced meat and grind the mixture then add salt,red chilies,coriander leaves. (half cup) ,green chilies and egg(without yolked) and mix all the ingredients and make kofta balls.
Heat oil and mix cloves and paste of ginger and garlic and fry the mixture for few minutes.
Add onion in the oil and fry onion until onion becomes brown.
Dry the onion from and cool them.
make a paste of tomatoes and onion and fry tomatoes and onion paste in oil and fry paste until the paste of water drained then add salt ,red and green chilies and fry the mixture.
Add kofta and heated them on normal heat then add yogurt on kofta and mix them properly then cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Boil rice in water add 1/2 vinegar in rice add spices like cinnamon,cardamom,tazpat leave.
After 5-10 minutes fry kofta and remover from heat.
Now add kofta in rice and mix them properly then add pandanus water and yellow food color.
Cover the lid tightly and leave mixture for 15 minutes on low flame.
Butter Without salt 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
sugar 1 cup
Mix butter and sugar and mix them until it becomes light and fluffy.
Now add eggs and mix them properly.
Add vanilla and salt.
Add flour into the mixture and mix the mixture until flour mix proper.
Put the mixture into aluminum bowl and heat the mixture at 350 and heat it until the cake becomes brown.
Dry Fruit Chikki
Mixed dry fruit or your favourite dry fruits 1 cup
1 pinch baking soda
1/4 Sesame seeds
3/4 cups sugar
2 table spoon ghee (oil)
Cut all the dry fruits into small pieces or thin slices.
Add sesame seeds into the pan and heat the pan at normal heat.
Now heat the sesame for few minutes then remove from the stove.
Add mix dry fruits into the same pan and add a table spoon of ghee.
Mix ghee and dry fruits properly for 2 or 3 minutes then remove from the stove and leave for fee minutes.
Add ghee on the layer of aluminum foil for greasing similarly add ghee on fry pan rotate the fry pan until it cover the whole fry pan add sugar and 2 table spoon water .
Now heat the mixture of sugar at high heat when sugar become melting lower the heat and mixture becomes brown color keep heating the mixture until it turns into light brown color(caramelization).
Add baking soda (1 pinch ) when mixture becomes brown color.
Now add nut into your light brown mixture and mix them properly.
After mixing remove from stove and out your mix into ghee covered slab and make shape with rolling pin.
When the mixture becomes cool cut your chikki into desire shape.
