Ingredients:

For Topping:

  • Walnut 1 cup
  • Chocolate chops 1/3 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 3/4 tsp

For Coffee Cake:

  • Maida 2 cup
  • White sugar 3/4 cup
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Unsalted butter 140 gm
  • Baking powder 3/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 180 C.
  2. Mix sugar, walnut, chocolate chip, cinnamon and maida.
  3. Grease 8 inch mold with oil.
  4. Mix maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt nicely in one bowl.
  5. Mix butter and sugar. Then add maida, eggs and vanilla essence.
  6. Now put maida mixture and milk. Now take out ready batter in pan.
  7. Sprinkle topping of walnut on top and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  8. Coffee cake is ready.
