					Ingredients for Cheesy Aloo Matar Paneer Tiki Burger:
  
- Potato 6
 
- Red bean 1 cup
 
- Peas 1 kg
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Mixed herbs 1-/12 tsp
 
- Onion 1
 
- Parsley 1 tbsp
 
- Eggs 2
 
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
- Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
 
- Crumbs for coating
 
- Oil for fry
 
- Burger bun 7
 
- Mayonnaise as required
 
- Ice berg 1
 
  
For Tomato Sauce:
  
- Cheese slice 1 packet
 
- Tomato 5
 
- Thyme, Oregano, Basil 1 tsp
 
- Garlic 4 cloves
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
 
- Onion rings 1 packet
 
  
For Cheese:
  
- Milk 3 liter
 
- White vinegar 1 cup
 
  
Method:
  
- Peel boiled potato and mash it.
 
- Also boil peas and mash it.
 
- Mash cheese.
 
- Mix potato, cheese and peas. Then mix salt and cheese.
 
- Spread mixture on butter paper, paste eggs and coat with crumbs.
 
- Set paper on second side, paste eggs and coat with crumbs.
 
- Fry in hot oil until golden and take it out.
 
- For Tomato Sauce: Cut blanched tomato into pieces.
 
- Saute garlic in hot oil. Then put masalay and tomato and cover it.
 
- When tomato becomes soft, stir it continuously. Spread mayonnaise on burger bun and keep ice berg and fry tiki.
 
- Put tomato sauce on top and serve with onion rings.
