Ingredients:

• Eggplant 2-3
• Tahini paste 3 tbsp
• Yogurt ½ cup
• Cream 3 tbsp
• Lemons 2
• Salt as required
• Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
• Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp

Method:

1. First keep eggplant on flame, peel it and put in cold water.
2. Now mash eggplant with fork in separate bowl.
3. Together add yogurt, cream, salt, lemon juice and tahini paste and mix it.
4. In end, put olive oil and pomegranate seeds.
