Ingredients:

  • Whole undercut beef 1 kg
  • Cinnamon large 1
  • Cardamom 1
  • Small cardamom 2
  • Cloves 2
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 50 gm
  • Raisins 50 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter and oil and fry cinnamon, clove, cardamom, small cardamom and cumin seeds.
  2. Now add beef and 1 cup water and cook it.
  3. When it is tendered well, put yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
  4. Then dissolve saffron in milk and put in it.
  5. When 1 or 2 boils comes, close the stove, add almond and raisins and close the stove.
