Fish Fillet With Red Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Fish Fillet:

  • Boneless fish fillet 1
  • Egg white 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Red Sauce:

  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onion for garnish

Method:

  1. For fish fillet: Add egg whites, black pepper, salt and garlic paste in mixing bowl and mix it.
  2. Then add corn flour and mix it.
  3. Now marinate fish fillet nicely.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, fry fish filet and keep it aside.
  5. For red sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry chopped onion and chopped garlic.
  6. Then add ketchup, chili garlic sauce and black pepper and cook it.
  7. Then add stock and cook until sauce becomes thick.
  8. Then put fried fish fillet, mic it and take out in dish.
  9. In end, garnish with green onion.
