Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Flour 8 oz
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Water to make dough

For Filling:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Smoked chicken 4-5 tbsp
  • Mushroom slice 4-5
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Olives chopped 4-5
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For base: Put flour, butter, salt and egg yolk in bowl.
  2. Now add water and knead until it becomes in shape of dough.
  3. Then roll it and spread on 8 inch pie plate.
  4. For filling: Beat eggs.
  5. Now put cream, milk, smoked chicken, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
  6. Then put in pastry with chopped onion, mushroom slices, olives chopped, and grated cheddar cheese and bake on 190 degrees C for 30 minutes.
