Italian Trifle by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Custard 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Dry fruit as required
  • Stick biscuit as required
  • Fresh fruit 200 gm

Method:

  1. For custard: Heat milk, put sugar and mix it.
  2. Now add cream in it.
  3. Then put water and custard in one bowl and add little little milk and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When milk becomes thick, then chill it. Custard is ready.
  5. Now set biscuit in one bowl and grease with butter on top.
  6. Then add fresh fruit pieces.
  7. Do this steps two times.
  8. In end, garnish with cream and dry fruits on top and serve.
  9. Italian trifle is ready.
