Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 4 pieces
  • Tomato paste 1 kg
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Pomegranate juice 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

To Prepare Chullo:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil and do chopped onion golden brown.
  2. Now put chicken.
  3. After that add ginger garlic and roast it.
  4. Then add tomato paste, paprika powder, crushed black pepper, saffron, pomegranate juice and salt and cover for 20 minutes.
  5. When chicken tender and water dries, then close the stove.
  6. Now heat butter in second pan and put boiled rice.
  7. Dissolve saffron in milk and add in it.
  8. After that, put black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
  9. Put chicken on top and serve.
