Chops With Potatoes by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Boiled potatoes 1 kg
  • Cottage cheese 250 gm
  • Bread crumbs 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Chicken stock cubes 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put chops in shallow pan and cook in low on low flame.
  3. Then remove from stove and cool it.
  4. Now mash boiled potatoes, put cottage cheese, salt, chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper and chicken stock cubes mixture and mix it.
  5. Now put this mixture on chops meat portions. Now dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and cook on low flame until golden brown.
  6. In end, sprinkle gram flour and serve.
