Chicken With Butter Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 3-4
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into thin thin slices.
  2. Now put garlic paste, vinegar and salt on it, coat with flour and fry it.
  3. Then take it out and keep it aside.
  4. Then add olive oil in this pan and fry onion.
  5. Now add garlic cloves, brown sugar, tomato puree, tomato and green chilies and fry it.
  6. Then add black pepper, salt and oyster sauce, mix it and cook until sauce becomes thick.
  7. Now add lemon juice and butter, mix it, add chicken, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
