Garlic Cheese Pasta by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese grated 2 packets
  • Pasta 1 packet
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil water in pot and put paste. Also put 2 tbsp oil. When pasta tender, drain it.
  2. Then wash with cold water and put some oil.
  3. Heat oil and fry garlic cloves until golden brown.
  4. Then add paste. Also put soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, salt, crushed black pepper and chopped green chilies, roast it nicely and put grated cottage cheese.
  5. Then add sesame seed oil, keep on simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
