Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Boiled carrot 1
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Egg whites 2
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mix boiled potatoes and boiled carrot in bowl and mash it.
  2. Grind peas in chopped and mix in potatoes and carrot.
  3. Now put rice flour, bread crumbs, corn flour, salt, crushed black pepper, cheddar cheese and chicken cube flour and mix it nicely.
  4. Then make small small balls, dip in egg whites, coat with bread crumbs, deep fry in oil until golden and take it out.
  5. Vegetable & cheese balls are ready.
