Hot N Sour Chinese Noodles by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Bake parlor tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 3 cup
  • Bake parlor Chinese noodles with mix masala sachet

Method:

  1. Boil noodles in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
  2. Then strain hot water with strainer, put cold water, put oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan, put garlic chopped and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then add boneless chicken cubes and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Then mix masala sachet in water and put in frying pan.
  6. Now mix tomato ketchup, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes and cook more for 1 minute.
  7. Then remove from stove, mix in noodles and serve hot.
