  • Colored vermicelli 1 packet
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 125 grams
  • Khoya 125 grams
  • Crushed green cardamoms 1/2 tsp
  • Dried dates 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Jam-e-Shireen as required


  1. Roast ghee  and crushed green cardamoms in pan.
  2. Then add colored vermicelli and roast it.
  3. Put milk, dry dates and sugar and dissolve sugar.
  4. Then crush khoya with hands and add it.
  5. When milk becomes thick, add dry fruits,  mix it, also add vermicelli and mix it.
  6. Then dish out it, garnish with dry fruits and jam-e-shireen and serve.
