          HOI SEN GINGER SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS:

FOR SAUCE:
  • Boiled red kidney beans: 1/2 cup
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 3 to 4 cloves
  • Dark soya sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 4 tbsp
  • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
FOR HOI SEN GINGER CHICKEN:
  • Chicken; 1/2 KG
  • Hoi sen sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce:2 tbsp
  •  Crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Crushed roasted seasame: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

FOR MAKING SAUCE
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry galic and onion in it, now add red kidney beans in it and cook.
  2. Now add all sauce materials in a blender and make paste of it.
FOR MAKING CHICKEN:
  1. In a mixing b
  2. owl add hoi sen sauce,  ginger paste, lemon juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, black pepper, roasted seasame seeds salt and apply on chicken and leave for some time.
  3. Now fry , steam or bake the chicken as per your choice.

               BBQ THAI GARLIC BEEF

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef pasanday: 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste: 2 tbsp
  • papaya paste: 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Red curry paste: 1 tbsp
  • Basil: 1/3 tsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 1 -2 tbsp
  • salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Add all the materail and beef pasanday in a mixing bowl and leave for marination fpr some time.
  2. Now fry, steam or bake it by your own choice.

                SPICY THAI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Soya sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Thai red curry paste: 1 tsp
  • Chopped green onion: 1 .2 strand
  • Garlic: 4-5 cloves
  • Green coriander: 1/2 bunch
  • Stock: 1/2 cup
  • Fish sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic in it now add add ingredients in it and cook until gravy becomes thick.
  2. Garnish with green onion and coriander and serve.
