Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 250 gm
  • Bhuna keema 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 1 oz
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Roll puff pastry into 2 portions and spread 1 portion in pie dish.
  2. For  mince: Put mince in white sauce, put boiled eggs, green chilies, coriander leaves and all spice and mix it.
  3. Then put on rolled pastry.
  4. Now spread remaining pastry dough on top and brush with eggs.
  5. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
