Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oats 1/4 cups
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Walnuts 4 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Tinned cherries 1 tin
  • Tinned pineapple 1 tin
  • Kiwi 2 slice
  • Cream cheese 4 oz
  • Packet cream 8 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Glaze:

  • Any tinned fruit syrup 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For base: Put flour, butter, brown sugar, oats, walnuts and salt in bowl and mix it.
  2. Now put in 12 inch pizza pan, mark cuts with fork and bake on 190 degrees C for 15 minutes until light brown.
  3. Then cool it.
  4. For filling: Put cream cheese, cream and vanilla essence in bowl and beat it.
  5. Then spread on baked crust.
  6. Then put all fruits and spread it.
  7. Then spread glaze, chill in freezer and serve it.
  8. For glaze: Add all ingredients in sauce pan and cook until thick.
