Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

For Batter:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chilled water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients of batter in bowl and make batter.
  2. Now marinate fish with salt, white pepper, mustard powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in wok (karahi pan).
  4. Then dip marinated fish in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. In end, serve with ketchup and french fries.
