Donuts

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • salt
  • caster sugar 
  • yeast
  • egg
  • oil 
  • salt
  • milk

Method:

  1. Add flour,salt, caster sugar,yeast,egg,oil,salt in milk and knead to form a dough
  2. After one hour flatten it with a rolling pin, using a donut cutter cut donuts and keep them aside for half an hour
  3. Fry in hot oil which is on a medium flame , fry till they are golden , keep them to cool once done.
  4. Dip the top side in chocolate sauce
  5. Sprinkle icing sugar and serve

Chocolate icing:

Ingredients:
  • icing sugar
  • coco powder
  • chocolate
  • butter
  • warm water.

Method:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients well to form the chocolate icing.
  2. Dip your doughnuts in the chocolate icing
  3. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve

Glaze icing:

Ingredients:

  • Icing sugar
  • butter
  • warm water

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients mentioned above to form the glaze icing
  2. Dip your doughnuts in the glaze icing
  3. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve
