Ingredients:

  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic and onion.
  2. Then add ketchup, chili garlic sauce and black pepper and cook it.
  3. Then add stock and cook it.
  4. Now put in blender, make paste, put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. In end, take out in dish and serve.
