Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Now put salt, black pepper and butter on it and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes, take it out and put green coriander.
