Ingredients:

  • Water 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4

Filling For Eclairs:

  • Milk 2-1/4 cups
  • Sugar 1/2-3/4 cup
  • Egg yolks 4
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Put water, butter and salt in pan, boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from stove.
  2. Then add flour, mix it nicely, put again on stove and stir it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now use electric mixture and add eggs one by one.
  4. Then put this mixture in piping bag and bake in oven on 350 degrees C.
  5. For filling: Mix all ingredient and thick it on high flame.
