Ingredients:

  • Butter (room temperature) 4 oz
  • Eggs (room temperature) 2
  • Flour 3-1/2 oz
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chopped 1/2 cup
  • Rolled wafers for decoration

For Coffee Butter Cream:

  • Butter softened 3 oz
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Hot water 2 tsp
  • Vanilla 1/2 tsp
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cups

Method:

  1. Strain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  3. Grease line muffin cups.
  4. Now beat butter.
  5. Now add sugar gradually gradually and beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Then put eggs one by one and beat on low speed.
  7. Then add chocolate.
  8. Then fill 3/4 muffin cups with this batter with spoon and bake for 18 minutes.
  9. Then take out cupcakes on wire wrack, cool it and put icing with star nossle pipe.
  10. Then put wafers on each cupcakes and dust with cocoa powder.
