Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Potatoes (boiled & peeled) 1 kg
  • Cottage cheese 250 gm
  • Bread crumbs 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped 3
  • Chicken stock cubes 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinated with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put chops in shallow pan and cook in oil on low flame.
  3. Then remove from stove and cool it.
  4. Crush potatoes, put salt, cheese, green chilies, black pepper and chicken stock cubes mixture and mix it.
  5. Then put this mixture on meat portions of chops.
  6. Now dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry lo low flame until golden brown.
  7. Then sprinkle gram flour and serve hot.

Chops With Potatoes is Delicious Dish and easy to cook. It is prepared with Mutton, Potatoes and Cheese, marinated with Red Chili Powder and rolled in Bread Crumbs and served with Sauce or Ketchup.
