Ingredients:

  • Apples (peeled & sliced) 2 large
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
  • Eggs (beaten) 2

Method:

  1. Mix apples, sugar, raisins, butter and cinnamon and keep it aside.
  2. Now cut 1/4 part of dough and roll to medium roti.
  3. Then keep apple mixture on one side and brush other side with eggs.
  4. Now roll dough like Swiss roll and keep on tray.
  5. Then brush with beaten egg, mark cuts with knife and bake for 30 minutes.

Apple Strudel is a Sweet Pastry. It is prepared with Apples & Raisins and baked in Oven. It is traditional Viennese Strudel and popular pastry in Austria.
