Coconut Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Boiled large shell 1 packet
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gm

For Sauce:

  • Coconut milk 2 cups
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For chicken: Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put chicken, ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder and tomatoes and cover it.
  3. When water dries, put large shell in chicken.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil and put salt and cumin.
  5. When aroma comes, add coconut milk.
  6. The put some salt and black pepper.
  7. When it boils 1-2, close stove.
  8. Put sauce on pasta and serve.

Coconut Pasta is new variety of pasta. It is delicious dish. It is have flavor of coconut milk. Rida Aftab has made it with her own recipe.
