Beef Chili Dry

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Talhar chilies 1-2
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Corn flour 1 to 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1-2
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut undercut into slices.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, put garlic paste and undercut slices and roast on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then cut green chilies into slices, add in meat and roast for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
  4. Now add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt and black pepper and cook on high flame.
  5. When mixture dries, add stock and cook it.
  6. When boils comes, dissolve corn flour in water, add it and cook until gravy is thick.
  7. Then fry talhar chilies in oil, add it, mix it and take out in dish.
  8. Then garnish with green onion and serve.

Beef Chili Dry is delicious & little bit spicy main course. It is prepared with beef undercut. The flavor of talhar chilies is spicy. It is served with naan.
