Ingredients:

  • Digestive biscuits 150 gm
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Condensed milk 1/2 can
  • Bananas 2
  • Whipped cream 1/2 packet
  • Chocolate chopped for garnish

Method:

  1. Process biscuits and melted butter in food processor, spread in tart tin and keep in fridge.
  2. Then put condensed milk in saucepan, cook on medium flame and stir it until golden brown.
  3. Now top with banana slices, add whipped cream, garnish with chocolate and serve chill.

Banoffee Pie is English pie dessert. The base is prepared of biscuits, topped with bananas & cream and garnished with chocolate. Must try this dessert.
