Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Ketchup as required

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes into thick slices.
  2. Now mix in corn flour and strain it.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry potatoes.
  4. Now take it out, sprinkle salt, mix it and serve with ketchup.

Skinny Fries is tasty fries. It is prepared with potatoes with skin. It is prepared with same method of french fries.
