Chicken Corn Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast boneless stripes 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Sweet corn 1 can
  • Capsicum 2
  • Garlic crushed 3 cloves
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida 3 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 2 slices

For Pasta:

  • Spiral macaroni 3 cups
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2-1 cup

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, chili garlic sauce, oregano, corn flour and egg.
  2. Now fry garlic in oil.
  3. Now fry chicken in it for 5 minutes.
  4. Now put corn and capsicum and keep it aside.
  5. Then put water in pan and boil pasta.
  6. For white sauce: Heat butter in pan.
  7. Now put remaining ingredients and mix it.
  8. For assemble: Grease oven proof dish.
  9. Make layer of paste.
  10. Then put mozzarella cheese, chicken and chili sauce.
  11. Then put white sauce.
  12. Now put parmesan cheese, oregano, chili garlic sauce and butter.
  13. Now bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
  14. Serve with garlic bread.

Chicken Corn Pasta is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with chili garlic sauce, corn flour and egg. Then fried with corn and capsicum. Then pasta is spread in oven dish. Then topped with mozzarella cheese, chicken, chili sauce, white sauce & butter and baked.
