  • Ingredients for harissa: 1 kg beef, boil with few cloves, peppercorns,1 onion, 1 tomato and 8 cups water. Boil it till abouit 6 cups stock remains. 2 tbsp boiled moong dal, 2 tbsp boiled rice, 50 gms boiled wheat, 1 onion, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 cup tomato puree, 4 thck chopped green chillies,oil,salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 2 tsp chilli powder,1 tbsp cumin powder, 4 bread slices soaked and crust removed.For garnish chopped cilantro, green chillies, ginger julienne, lemons. For the benefit of viewers i have listed ingredients for harissa as i watched the video.
