today i made dis achar gosht ..excellent recipe..i just added addtional whole n roasted achari masala (kalonji,fennel seeeds,whole cumin seeds,mustard seeds,raii dana,....roasted n coarsley crushed).and ginger julian on the top...turned out very tasty DO TRY AT UR HOME...
