Semolina Lemon Syrup Cake

Ingredients

  1. White Butter 125 g 
  2. Semolina 150 g
  3. Caster suger 150 g
  4. Lemon essence few drops
  5. Lemon rind (crush) 2tbsp 
  6. Almond (Crush) 150 g
  7. Milk 2 tbsp
  8. Baking powder 1 & half teaspoon
  9. Egg 3
  10. For Lemon Syrup
  11. Lemon juice quarter cup 
  12. Water quarter cup 
  13. Lemon essence few drop 
  14. Caster suger 100 g 

Method 

Add Butter, lemon essence, lemon rind & beat  add eggs one by one add as well semolina, baking powder & crushed Almond add milk and fold it very slowly..
Pre heated oven at 180 degree bake for 40 to 45 min almost in greased cake tin..
Lets cool at least 15 min.
For syrup 
In a pan add lemon juice, water caster super and lemon essence & cooked.. 
Put up the syrup of ur cake you can use brush..

Rustam Karahi

Ingredients 

  1. Chicken 1kg 12 PCs 
  2. Ginger garlic 2 tbsp 
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp 
  4. Red chilli crush 1 tsp 
  5. Tomatoes 3-4 
  6. Turmeric half tsp 
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp 
  8. White pepper 1 tsp
  9. Oil 5-6 tbsp 
  10. Salt
  11. Green chilli & green coriander

Method 

Put in a pan chicken , oil & ginger garlic paste fry it till chicken change his colour then add tomatoes & all spices & cook till chicken soften then spread over it green chilli & green coriander.
