Ingredients for Shish Taouk:

  • Chicken cubes 500 grams
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • All spice mixture 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Bamboo skewer 8-10

Ingredients for Ume Ali:

  • Baqar khani 4-5
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Dates 1/2 cup
  • Milk 3 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Saudi Kabsa:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Currants 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli 2-3
