Lasagna Bolognese And Chocolate Mousse by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Lasagna Bolognese:

• Kolson lasagna 1 packet
• Onion 1
• Fine chopped garlic 1 tbsp
• Beef mince 1/2 kg
• Mix vegetables 1 cup
• Tomato paste 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
• Mixed herbs 1 tsp

For Cheese Sauce:

• Butter 2 tbsp
• Flour 4 tbsp
• Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• White pepper 1/2 tsp
• Milk 2 cup
• Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  

Ingredients for Chocolate Mousse:

• Cooking chocolate 4 oz
• Butter 2 oz
• Eggs 3
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Coco powder 1 tbsp
• Sugar 3 oz
• Chocolate essence few drops
• Cream 1 packet
