Ingredients for Mandarin Fish:

  • Fish boneless 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Chengdu Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • egg 1/2 beaten
  • Whole red button chillies 10
  • Kashmiri red chillies 2
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Mixed Fried Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Chicken boiled 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp

Ingredients for 8 Treasure Soup:

  • Chicken stock 8 cups
  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Peas boiled 1/4 cup
  • Spring onion 2 tbsp
  • Bean curd 1 piece
  • Prawns 6
  • Chicken breast 1
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Apple Coconut Cookie Smoothie:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cookies
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 packet badami kulfa balls
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
