Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  1. Whole chicken 1 kg 
  2. Salt 1tsp 
  3. Lemon juice 5 tbsp 
For gravy
  1. Yogourt 1cup 
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 
  3. Roasted coriander crush 1tpsp 
  4. White cumin roasted crush 1tbsp 
  5. Garam masala 1tbsp 
  6. Small cardimum 1tbsp powder 
  7. Salt half tsp 
  8. Red chilli powder 1tbsp 
  9. Yellow colour 1 tsp 
  10. Oil 4 tbsp 
  11. Nutmeg &mace half tsp 

Method 

  • Marinate whole chicken with salt & lemon juice approximately 2 hour 
  • In bowl pul in all ingredients & make a mixture 
  • Then this mix spread over marinated chicken then cooked till chicken soften
  • You may also baked gas's mark 4 & 180 c for 25-35 min 
  • When chicken is tender remove & serve hot

English Trifle

Ingredients

  1. Milk 1ltr 
  2. Vannila casturd 
  3. Sugar half cup 
  4. Cream 1 pkg 
  5. Jelly green, yellow, red 
  6. Cake PCs 
  7. Mix fruits 1tin 
  8. Fruits juice 1cup 
  9. Almonds 20 crush roasted 

Method 

  •  In a pan put in milk sugar & casturd & make a castured then cool it on room temperature then add cream & mix it v well .
  •  Make a jelly ek cup water & 1 pkg jelly & make a jelly yellow orange & red in seprate bowl .
  • In a bowl make a lyer cake & spread jelly , fruits & put castured over it 
  • Then in the end spread roasted almonds .
  • Serve it cold
