Ingredients for Baked Cannelloni:

  • Lasagna sheets 1 packet
  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • Mix herbs 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Dinner roll for serving

For Hot Sauce:

  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Salt to taste
  • Dakhni mirch 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Cholay Ka Pizza:

For Stuffing:

  • Chicken boneless 1
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Onion 2
  • Black olive 6-8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mix herbs 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 6 clove

For Dough:

  • Flour 4 cup
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Ingredients for Fish Potato Radish & Cucumber:

  • Fish boneless 250 gm
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Potato 4
  • Radish 6
  • Cucumber 2

For Dressing:

  • Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh soya 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
