Ingredients for Khobani Ka Meetha:

  • Dry apricot 1/2 kg
  • Chopped almonds  15-20
  • Fresh cream 3 packet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash dry apricot with hot water and soak again in hot water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then put more boiled water and boil it.
  3. When it is tendered nicely and water dries, cool it and take out seeds.
  4. Now crush dry apricot, put on serving dish and keep in fridge for cooling.
  5. While serving, beat fresh cream with sugar nicely.
  6. Then spread on top of dry apricot, spread chopped almonds and pistachios.
  7. In end, serve chill.

Ingredients for Red Chicken Biryani:

  • Chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Clarified butter 1 cup

For Boiling Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • All spice powder some
  • Salt to taste
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup
  • Lemons 2

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onions until golden brown, take out half onion and spread it, so that it becomes crispy.
  2. Now put chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt in one pot and dry its water.
  3. Then roast it, put yogurt, chopped black pepper, chili garlic paste, chopped red chili, green chilies and lemon juice, roast it and and keep on simmer.
  4. Wash rice and soak it.
  5. Then put salt, mint, green chilies, garam masala and white vinegar boil 2/4 and strain water.
  6. Now grease rice pot and make layer of rice and chicken.
  7. Then make layer of remaining rice, put fresh milk and lemon juice and keep on simmer.
  8. When steam comes up, spread fried onions on top red chicken biryani and serve with raita.

Ingredients for Chicken Chillies Sabzaion Ky Saath:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2
  • Chopped carrot 2 
  • Green chilies 4
  • Kashmiri mirch 4
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut chicken boneless into small piece,s spread on one place and crush it with heavy knife.
  2. Now put garlic cloves, soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, salt and chicken cubes flour and keep for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in one karahi pan, put  merinated chicken, stir it on high flame and roast it.
  4. Now dissolve corn flour in water, put in chicken and stir it.
  5. When sauce becomes thick, turn off the stove.
  6. After that put capsicum cubes, onions, chopped carrots, long thin green chilies and kashmiri chilies.
  7. Together mix soya sauce, white vinegar, chicken cubes flour and white pepper.
  8. Now heat remaining oil in one big frying pan, put merinated vegetables and stir fry it on high flame.
  9. Then put in chicken, mix it and serve hot.
