Ingredients for Doodh Dulari:

  • Milk 1-1/2 kg
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Colored vermicelli 3/4 cup
  • Mix fruit 1 tin
  • Vanilla custard 3 tbsp
  • Small cham cham 250 gm
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Green Red jelly as required
  • Rabri 300 gm
  • Almond pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Rose water 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Gajar Ki Qalaqand:

  • Khoya 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 2 cup
  • Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio 1/2 tsp
  • Silver paper for garnish
